Solstice Power Tools LLC ("Solstice Tools," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Hedy AI design assistant at askhedy.com ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. You may also sign in using Google OAuth, which shares your name and email with us.
Conversation Data: When you use Hedy, we store your messages, photos you upload, design preferences, and product selections to provide and improve the Service. Photos are used solely for design analysis and are not shared with third parties.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data including session duration, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the Service. We use Microsoft Clarity for analytics, which may collect anonymized behavioral data.
Shopping & Affiliate Data: When you click product links in your shopping list, we track which products were clicked to improve our recommendations. Some links are affiliate links — see "Affiliate Disclosure" below.
SMS Data: If you request a shopping list via text message, we collect your phone number solely to deliver the list. We do not store your phone number for marketing purposes and will not send unsolicited messages.
Some product links in Hedy's shopping lists are affiliate links. When you purchase through these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us keep the Service free. Affiliate partners include Amazon Associates and other home improvement retailers. Your conversation history and design projects are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at heyhedy@solsticetool.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Microsoft Clarity may use cookies for analytics purposes.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
